Shipping and Return Policy
All rates are integrated for U.S. shipping costs. If you have a specific international shipping need please contact us at email@example.com. We will be glad to assist with your specific shipping need. All clearance and final closeout items are non-returnable and purchased "as is", exceptions are if we send the wrong product.
Free Shipping on orders over $34.99 only applies to the CONUS orders placed with us. If you are OCONUS please contact us and we can accomodate an order with additional terms. Here at Kountry Cuties Inc., we wish to serve all customers with the best possible terms.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
*We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damage packages once it's left our warehouse. If you prefer extra protection we strongly recommend selecting a Priority or Insured Delivery option.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, even if there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
*Note-You are responsible for all costs to return your item(s). It is highly suggested to request a Tracking #. Also, if you received Free Shipping on your original order, when you return your item(s) the refund will be less the original shipping costs.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include: Merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. *Items with a claimed manufacturers defect will NOT receive a refund if they have been worn, washed or smell of perfumes or scents, smoke or animal hair.
*Washed or Used items will not qualify for a refund. Perfume, Fabric Softener, Smoke and Animal Hair will also not qualify for a refund.
*Holiday items, items returned damaged, not in original condition or not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund and/or may be subject to a restocking fee or only eligible for store credit.
*30 Day return policy starts from the date of purchase (15-day Holiday items)
* We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records.
* Discontinued/clearance items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged no exceptions.
*Do to the delicate nature of our products we highly suggest hand washing all items in cold water (even if tag states ok to Machine wash).
* Once an order is shipped, if you would like to return merchandise for a store credit/exchange you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways (Unless it was an error on our part) When returning if we receive your package and you do not want to pay the funds to have it shipped back a 20% restocking fee will apply before a refund is issued. The refund will not include shipping costs.
* If an incorrect address is entered and the package is undeliverable the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. If the package is shipped back to us and the customer does not want to pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent back out, a 20% restocking fee will apply before a refund is issued.
If you ordered the wrong merchandise and realized it after checkout contact us immediately. Our shipping hours are not the same as our customer service hours so there is a good possibility it could ship before the correction is made. We are not responsible for incorrect orders. If we do still have your order when contacted, we can exchange the incorrect merchandise to the correct merchandise. If we have it in stock. If not, we can exchange for another item. If you decide to remove merchandise entirely before package is shipped a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
*Clearance/Closeout Items and International Orders are not eligible for Returns, Refunds or Exchanges.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We do not offer an exchange policy, order will be refunded to your account and will need to be repurchased through our website.
